baked salmon served atop basmati rice and seasonal vegetables finished with a lemon caper butter

 top sirloin encrusted with pepper then pan roasted with shallots and burgundy wine served with garlic mash and seasonal vegetables finished with a mushroom brandy sauce

jumbo prawns served scampi style with capers in a creamy garlic and lemon sauce served with basmati rice and seasonal vegetables

breast of chicken pan seared and served marsala style with seasonal vegetables and garlic mash puree

cheese tortellini with tomato basil cream sauce and seasonal roasted vegetables
