*prime rib roasted with shallots and burgundy wine served with garlic mash and seasonal vegetables finished a mushroom brandy sauce

*jumbo prawns served scampi style with capers in a creamy garlic and lemon sauce served with basmati rice and seasonal vegetables

*vegetarian pear and gorgonzola ravioli with champagne sauce
